Riopele brings together 1650 people at the largest event dedicated to employees and their families

Around 1,650 people, including employees and their families, attended Riopele’s Family Day, which took place in July at José Dias de Oliveira football pitch. Now in its 3rd edition, the event has reaffirmed itself as one of the company’s most special moments of the year, symbolically marking the start of the holidays while offering a day of togetherness, sharing, and relaxation.

“This is a highly valued event for our employees and a great source of pride for Riopele,” highlights Cláudia Queirós, Human Resources Director. “Beyond providing a joyful moment outside the professional context, it also allows us to show our closest ones what it means to be part of the Riopele family.”

Launched in 2023, Family Day has become Riopele’s largest annual internal event. This edition brought together 15 partners and dozens of employees who contributed to the initiative’s success.

The next edition of Family Day is already being prepared. “We will once again focus on creating a memorable experience, reinforcing the values that unite us and celebrating who we are as a team: a true collective,” concludes the company’s Human Resources Director.
