We are one of the few European companies that work with virtually all the available dyeing methods. That is why we have been at the forefront of reeled yarn, muff dyeing and raw fibres for decades, offering a highly flexible product range.
Using the latest technology, our Dyeing department deals with the production of samples, prototypes, small and medium quantities, and the so-called serial production, with an installed capacity of approximately 200 tonnes per month.
The Dyeing department has a laboratory where the entire process is tested and stabilized at a small scale before being implemented at the industrial scale. This laboratory also allows us to develop new colours, new products, and new processes from a holistically sustainable perspective.
Our last generation autoclaves support our technological and sustainable progress, meeting the strictest international environmental requirements and reducing our liquor ratio and energy chemical consumption while increasing our operational efficiency.
