Riopele provides an Internal Whistleblowing Channel for use in relation to Riopele-Têxteis, S.A. and Riopele Fashion Solutions, S.A., implemented in accordance with the Portuguese General Whistleblowing Act (RGPDI), put into place by Law no. 93/2021 of 20 December.

This channel is also intended to receive complaints regarding actions or omissions contrary to the provisions of the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC), published in the annex to Decree-Law no. 109-E/2021 of 9 December, the provisions of the Riopele Code of Ethics and Conduct and the principles that govern it, as well as the reporting of practices that may indicate harassment in the workplace.

It is an essential tool to promote transparency and integrity in our organisation.
